Results Oriented Program and Instructional Planning Institute

This institute is designed to optimize adult literacy programs' performance outcomes through results oriented program planning using evidence and research-based strategies to effectively manage classes and enhance student persistence and retention.

You are welcome to attend any or all of 4 sessions in isolation. If you decide to attend the entire institute, you will be given a digital badge at the end of session 4.

Session #1 Description: Are you a newly –appointed manager preparing to present your work plan? Are you an aspiring leader who wishes to learn how to do this effectively? How do you strategically plan for success? After completing this workshop, you’ll appreciate the importance of results oriented or outcomes-based program planning. You will learn the different components of the Logic Model and understand how these components are inherently interconnected to promote program success. You will also have the opportunity to define realistic outcomes for your program and craft a plan based on the Logic Model.

Audience: New Program Managers, Aspiring Leaders
